With a leadership and management career spanning over 33 years, Norbert Vergez has established himself as a seasoned technical operations and project management professional. Norbert Vergez’s experience includes service in the military, aerospace, and commercial construction sectors.

In the military, Mr. Vergez began as a platoon leader and rapidly rose through the ranks to an early promotion to the rank of Colonel. He served as a staff and command officer in the Army Aviation Command and Acquisition Staff Department with the US Army in Huntsville, Alabama. He later became a project manager at the Program Executive Office (PEO) Aviation, US Army.

He also served at various institutions in the aerospace industry. As the senior VP at Patriarch Partners LLC, Mr. Vergez was responsible for military and commercial aerospace air/ground vehicles. Later, at InterConnect Wiring LLP, he served as the executive business development managing director, leading executive teams in identifying and securing aerospace deals within domestic and Latin American markets.

Mr. Vergez previously served as the capital projects director at P3 Partners LLC, a company in the commercial construction sector. In this role, he provided strategic support and leadership across all project lines and was an expert on US government and Latin American business opportunities. He also wrote, reviewed, and helped enforce contracts and scopes of work and coordinated with design teams throughout the permit process. Moreover, Mr. Vergez analyzed construction drawings and plans to ensure safety, contractual alignment, and compliance with building codes.
